Jewelry Care Instructions
Do not expose jewelry to humid, high-temperature, or rapidly changing environments.
When you remove your jewelry, please store it in a jewelry box or storage bag.
Chemical substances can cause natural gemstones or precious metals to deteriorate.
Please avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, skin care products, and other similar substances.
Jewelry daily cleaning
If diamonds and metals are dirty, please use a soft-bristled brush and a neutral detergent to gently clean them.
For pieces made with certain gemstones, such as pearls and emeralds, wipe them with a clean cloth after wearing.
For deep cleaning, we recommend that you bring your artwork to Hexagon's official store.
Common Maintenance and Cleaning Issues
If you accidentally come into contact with chemicals, rinse carefully with water and dry with a soft cloth as soon as possible.
Minor scratches are normal for metal surfaces during daily use. We recommend that you return to our store regularly for deep cleaning and maintenance. Through professional polishing, the metal surface will regain its original luster and texture.
Pearls are organic gemstones with a fine texture and are quite sensitive to chemical components. It is recommended that you gently wipe the surface with a clean, soft cloth after each wear to effectively maintain the pearl's luster and condition.

Basic procedures such as repolishing, electroplating, and deep cleaning take approximately 1 to 2 weeks to complete.
For jewelry alteration or more complex repair cases, the process will be arranged according to the actual craftsmanship requirements, and the case can usually be completed within 35 days.
